Health & Safety

During these challenging times, we want to assure you that we are taking every precaution
to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests.
We are continually monitoring developments related to COVID-19 and implement the safety
procedures set by the World Health Organization and the Greek Public Health Organization
to ensure that our guests can safely enjoy their time at Otium Villas & Suites Santorini to the
fullest.
More specifically, the following processes are being implemented to ensure the safety and
wellbeing of our guests:
o All staff members have been trained and equipped appropriately to be able to work
safely and effectively.
o The use of medical face masks, disposable gloves and shoe covers for any
staff entering the premises is mandatory.
o Close interaction is kept to a minimum.
o The villas are thoroughly cleaned before every new check-in.
o All surfaces are cleaned with chlorine based cleaners and wiped down with
disinfectant
o Fabric surfaces (i.e. sofas, pillows) are sanitized with steam cleaners before
every check-in.
o Air Conditioner units and filters are steam cleaned and sprayed with
disinfectant.
o Rooms are aired thoroughly.
o Linens, towels and bathrobes are professionally cleaned and packaged for each
group
o Disinfectants available for the guests’ personal use stocked in the villa
o Hand Sanitizer
o Disinfectant wipes
o Disinfectant spray
